ATM Business Contracts

There are definitely ATM Business Contracts that you’ll want
to make sure you have in order when you begin your ATM business.

Could you going into the business without any ATM business contracts?

Sure, I suppose you could. But just like in real estate, without
a contract, you don’t really have a deal now do you?

There are a couple main reasons that you would need ATM Business Contracts.

ATM Business Contracts – Reason #1

The 1st and foremost reason you would need ATM business contracts
is when you are placing your ATM into other business owners businesses.

Whether it be a laundry mat, convenience store, bar, etc. you will
want to put your ATM in someone else’s business at some point. For this,
you will definitely need ATM Business Contracts.

In general; you’ll want to have:

1) ATM Location Agreement
2) ATM Terms and Conditions
3) Insurance Liability Form
4) W-9 (for business owner)

And of course, as with any business, you should have your ATM Business
Contracts drawn up by a competent attorney in your area.

Even when folks decide to enroll in my ATM Business Blueprint Success
System it comes with all of my ATM Business Contracts and Forms but
I still tell them to have a competent attorney in their area go over
the forms for them. It’s better to be safe then sorry.

ATM Business Contracts – Reason #2

The 2nd reason you would need and want ATM business contracts
for your ATM business is if you were to decide to have partners
or do joint venture deals in your business.

For instance, perhaps you have enrolled in my ATM Business Blueprint
Success System and you are kicking butt in the ATM business.

Maybe you have a friend in a different state or county from you that
wants to learn the ATM business too. You can decide to partner or JV
with that person so you can not only teach them the ATM business but
you can also profit from this partnership or JV deal.

When you enter into an arrangement like that you definitely will need
ATM Business Contracts. And it’s extremely important for you to have a
local, competent attorney in your area draw them up, or review the
contracts that you have.

Ask me how I know this one? Yes, I learned the hard way when I first
started in the business.

So, in general you will need a:

1) Partnership or JV Agreement

ATM Business Contracts – Reason #3

The third reason and maybe this should of been the first reason
that you will need ATM Business Contracts is when you are starting
your ATM business in the very beginning.

You will need to fill out all kinds of paperwork and ATM business
contracts when dealing with your new ISO. They will have all of
the contracts and forms for you to fill out.

I urge you to have a competent attorney in your area look over
these forms tho for your (or become an ATM Business Blueprint
member as I tell you what to look for. Again, ask me how I
learned about all of this? Ughhhh lol)

The ATM Business Contracts you will want to have reviewed are:

1) ACH Authorization
2) Merchant Application
3) Processing Agreement (this is the most important.)

I hope this information helped you realize not only the ATM Business
Contracts that you will need but also that it’s a good idea to always have
your ATM Business Contracts either drawn up or reviewed by a local,
competent attorney.

Remember, if you’d like my ATM Business Contracts and Forms that I
personally use day in and day out in my ATM business, all you have to
do is become an ATM Business Blueprint member. You will receive all
of the ATM Business Contracts and Forms that I use.

But I will ask you to get them reviewed by a local, competent attorney
in your area 😉
